California 2021 | A pale straw wine with medium body, full acidity and straightforward fruit flavors.

This wine exhibits an active mousse and flavors of ripe apple.

A Naturally occurring effervescent wine, no carbonation is added. A sweet wine with a ruby red and purplish reflection.

Named after Wyoming's own Prairie Rose Henderson. This lavender-based beverage combines the delicate floral notes of lavender-infused rosemary with lemon. Prairie was the first female bronc rider in 1911.

Honoring Dorothy Satterfield who began her trick riding career at the 1944 Greeley Independence Stampede when she was only 12 on her horse Lucky. And you'll feel lucky when you order this tart drink with 7-up, grenadine and grenadine

Mabel Strickland, also known as slim, pinned a calf to the ground in 18 seconds. She won the all-around cowgirl title twice at Cheyenne Frontier Days in the early 1920's. This slim mocktail is black-currant based with diet lemonade and club soda.

In 1925, Gene Kreig Creed became the youngest woman ever to win the bronc riding at Cheyenne. Learning to ride before she was 5, she was one of the best cowgirls around winning trick riding, relay races and bronc riding championships during a career which spanned three decades and three continents. This berry inspired drink is made with cranberry syrup and 7-up.

Rosie was known for stepping up and doing a "man's" job when duty called! This drink is often known as a manly choice, but ours has been made in a way that will appeal to both men and women! Softly muddled fresh orange, Luxardo cherry, orange and aromatic bitters combined with whiskey and topped off with Luxardo Maraschino syrup!

Plan to sit back and stay a while because this isn't a small, dainty cocktail! Our Sangria is a mix of red and white wines and a dash of Grand Mariner served in its own carafe. Enjoy it over sangria and fresh fruit infused ice cubes!
